The Student Success Advisor (SSA) plays a critical role in shaping the student experience at Verto Education. SSAs create an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes academic success, personal growth, and engagement with Verto’s core values: compassion, transformation, vulnerability, and responsibility.

In this role, you will mentor a cohort of approximately 30–35 students, providing holistic support across academic, personal, and community dimensions. You will act as a key resource for students while collaborating closely with academic and student life teams to ensure a high-quality, cohesive experience.
