The Work
Responsibilities
You'll support Start in Wyoming, a related entity providing business formation services, alongside the firm's corporate practice. You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading client consultations with domestic and international founders forming Wyoming entities (calls currently handled by our managing attorney)
- Advising on entity selection, LLC and corporate formation, and operating agreements
- Issue-spotting across tax, immigration, estate planning, and cross-border questions, and knowing when to bring in specialists
- Contributing to client-facing content and, over time, business strategy
Who We're Looking For
- A licensed attorney with corporate and business formation experience; breadth matters more than a narrow specialty
- Boutique law firm experience welcome
- Comfort working directly with entrepreneurial clients, including international founders
- Strong writer; clear communicator with non-lawyers
- $60,000–$70,000 annually for 20 hours per week — a full-time equivalent of $120,000–$140,000
- W-2 employee with 401(k) match and a monthly health insurance stipend
- Remote-friendly; Jackson Hole or Cheyenne based candidates also welcome
- Collegial, low-drama culture; no billable-hour treadmill
- Three weeks paid vacation.
- Expectation of obtaining Wyoming bar licensure
