Core Responsibilities



• Analyze Commercial Loan Requests and assist in the preparation of detailed credit memoranda.
• Evaluate borrower financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, collateral, guarantor strength and repayment capacity.
• Spread financial statements and perform ratio, trend and cashflow analysis.
• Identify strength/weaknesses and mitigating factors within proposed transactions.
• Assist commercial lenders with portfolio management and annual credit reviews.
• Help ensure loan requests comply with Bank policy, regulatory requirements and sound underwriting standards.
  
  

The position will start as a part-time position with the opportunity for full-time as loan volume increases.
