We are seeking a Business Application Project Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Sunnyvale, CA.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage internal information systems projects from initiation through delivery
- Oversee software implementations, upgrades, and related enterprise application projects
- Coordinate work between IT teams, internal customers, and business stakeholders
- Define project requirements and conduct feasibility, needs, and impact assessments
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage implementation activities, including testing, documentation, training, and deployment
- Track project progress, manage risks, and oversee change control processes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
- Support multiple projects of varying size, complexity, and scope
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project execution and adoption
- Strong project management experience within Information Systems or IT environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing enterprise business application projects
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) preferred
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise platforms preferred
- Experience managing GxP-regulated projects preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with implementation planning, testing, documentation, and training coordination
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with IT and business teams
- Experience with change management and project tracking methodologies
