We are seeking a Learning Content Designer on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Peachtree Corners, GA.
The Learning Content Designer is responsible for developing engaging learning materials that meet defined learning objectives, use appropriate training modalities and methods, and follow established processes and adult learning principles.
Responsibilities
- Analyze role-specific learner needs and job tasks to develop measurable learning objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create or update learning content
- Partner with multimedia teams to develop and enhance media assets used in training materials
- Manage the end-to-end content development process, including timelines, milestones, risks, review cycles, feedback implementation, and quality assurance
- Monitor deliverables through implementation, translation, and launch phases
- Provide regular status updates to project teams and stakeholders
- Evaluate learning content using qualitative and quantitative feedback and performance data
- Identify opportunities to improve instructional design, development workflows, and learning effectiveness
- Ensure learning materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with business objectives
- BS/BA preferred
- Relevant work experience
