About The Team

Our team consists of recruiters who support hiring across G&A (Legal, People & Workplace, Finance), Analytics, Strategy, Marketing, and Customer Operations. In this role, your focus will be on the G&A recruiting space.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced contract recruiter to join our Corporate Functions Talent Acquisition team with experience in G&A recruiting (Legal, People & Workplace, Finance).

You will be paired with a Senior Recruiter who manages the primary business relationships. While they lead the long-term hiring strategy and partner with leadership, you will be the engine of the candidate lifecycle. You will focus on identifying, engaging, and closing top-tier talent, ensuring a seamless experience from the first touchpoint to when someone starts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the candidate side of the funnel for roles ranging from individual contributors to senior levels.
  • Focus specifically on positions within Legal, Finance, and People/Workplace.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through interviews, our comp structure, and rubrics.
  • Use both inbound applications and proactive sourcing to ensure a broad range of backgrounds and perspectives are represented in our talent pools.
  • Be a champion of data integrity in our systems
  • Keep candidates informed
  • Lead the offer process by building competitive packages and explaining total compensation, including equity and bonus structures.
  • Track pipeline data and insights to provide real-time updates to your Senior Recruiter partner.
  • Support the internal mobility process to ensure current employees have a clear path for growth.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Ability to work 9:00 AM EST start business hours.
  • 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a heavy focus on G&A, especially Legal and Finance (bonus for People team roles). Agency and in-house experience desired.
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex offers (base, bonus, RSUs) and closing candidates at various levels.
  • Excellent organization skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse req load where candidate pools for Legal, People, and Finance look very different for each req
  • Expert-level skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience recruiting for both US and international markets (e.g., Mexico, Ireland, or the UK).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to come into our Brooklyn HQ on Tuesdays (and potentially a second day).
  • Experience with Workday (ATS)
  • Familiarity with candidates requiring visa sponsorship and immigration timelines.

Hours and Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week
  • Remote - EST with an expected daily start time of 9 AM EST
