A partner of The Mom Project in the automotive industry is seeking a contract Project Coordinator o help support their business needs.

In this role, you will act as a consultant to the dealers by working together with them on the development and implementation of their business plans. You will be working directly with the dealers and will be involved in a variety of activities, including implementation and development of marketing initiatives, customer retention, product displays, financial analysis, market analysis, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and consult with dealers to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives
  • Support dealer and customer issue resolution
  • Ensure dealer compliance with programs, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with dealership inventory management, including vehicle ordering and stock optimization
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, customer profiles, and competitive offerings
  • Improve retail website performance and increase lead generation
  • Analyze sales data, market conditions, and competition to identify opportunities
  • Provide guidance on customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty initiatives
  • Support the execution of digital marketing and advertising campaigns at the dealer level
  • Conduct sales training sessions and regular meetings with dealers
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with dealer partners
  • Operate independently while managing priorities and driving performance

Skills And Qualifications

  • Ability to sell and influence effectively, including over the phone
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to varied audiences
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in dealership or automotive environments
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Hours and Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week
  • Hybrid in Coppell, TX - In office Mon-Th, work from home on Fri
  • 8:00 am-5:00 pm Central Time
