- Take and defend depositions in a multi-defendant negligence case on behalf of plaintiffs. Propound discovery to defendants and respond to defendants’ discovery requests; issue depositions subpoenas for third party witnesses; handle meet and confers (including law and motion) for all discovery disputes.
- At least 5 years personal injury litigation experience in California Superior Court. Must have personal injury trial experience. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- We are a small, very collegial firm. 90% of the work can be performed remotely (most depositions will be conducted via Zoom), and most hearings can be attended remotely as well. Bonuses available based on monthly productivity.
