Our Customer is seeking a Product Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.

This role focuses on building and scaling products and tools that support advertisers leveraging the ads platform. As a key leader within a fast-growing marketing function, this individual will help scale product marketing capabilities and contribute to the growth of a core revenue-driving business.

Responsibilities include defining the positioning and value proposition for the advertising and promotions platform, developing go-to-market strategies for new feature launches, and driving the adoption and growth of existing products among Enterprise Advertisers and partners. The role also leads cross-functional collaboration to conduct research, uncover audience insights, inform product and marketing decisions, and support experimentation to achieve product-market fit.

This position supports off-site advertising products as well as solutions tailored to partners and agencies. The ideal candidate operates seamlessly at both strategic and tactical levels, translating insights into actionable plans while executing effectively.

Strong grounding in audience insights is essential, developed through partnership with research and analytics teams as well as through independently driven research initiatives. A demonstrated ability to build consensus across large cross-functional teams, establish trusted relationships with senior product leaders, and collaborate closely with customer-facing teams—including Sales and Account Management—is critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Support B2B marketing strategies to drive the adoption and engagement of advertising and promotional products
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Business Strategy teams to grow usage of new and existing ad products
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, naming, and value propositions for ads and promotional offerings
  • Build audience insights using research and analytics to identify opportunities and inform product roadmap decisions
  • Present insights and recommendations to business and product leadership
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute marketing programs at scale
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Communications, Events, Business Strategy, Finance, and Analytics teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution
  • Support and contribute to successful product launches that drive adoption and measurable business impact

Skills And Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in AdTech Product Marketing or Product roles within corporate or startup environments
  • Experience working in the CPG or restaurant industries, either in-house, agency-side, or as a consultant
  • Proven track record of leading successful go-to-market launches that drive adoption and revenue impact
  • Strong data fluency, including market and segment sizing, forecasting, and campaign performance analysis
  • Experience working with analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Strategy or Operations teams
  • Ability to influence product direction through insights and business case development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
