About the Position: Summary: We are seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience in personal injury law. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys the intricacies of their work, can manage deadlines effectively, and understands when to escalate issues to attorneys. At our firm, you'll play a critical role in preparing cases for trial, managing case files, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of personal injury cases, from filing through trial preparation.
• Draft and file critical legal documents, including motions and discovery requests.
• Respond to discovery requests and assist in compiling client responses.
• Conduct legal research and contribute to the development of case strategies.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure attorneys are alerted when immediate attention is needed.
• Prepare Trial Notebooks, Evidence Binders, and other key materials for trial.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to ensure smooth case progression.
  
  

Experience And Skills Required

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a personal injury law firm.
• Comprehensive understanding of personal injury law and litigation procedures.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case management software.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and legal professionals.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly preferred.
