Our Customer is seeking an
IT Program Manager on a
contract basis to manage the evaluation and implementation of new AI tools, support the internal AI products, and help drive AI fluency across the company. You will also play a key role in supporting the Strategic Priorities Framework, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and consistent reporting across high-impact initiatives. This role is
remote with occasional onsite presence in either NYC or Santa Monica, CA.
Responsibilities
- Manage the evaluation and implementation of new AI tools across the organization
- Support internal AI products and ongoing AI initiatives
- Drive AI fluency and adoption through programs, tools, and process improvements
- Support strategic priority initiatives by ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and consistent reporting
- Identify root causes of operational and quality issues and implement improvement plans
- Balance business needs with team capacity to ensure successful project delivery
- Proactively gather feedback to improve program execution and team performance
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 to 8 years of experience in program management or related roles
- Strong understanding of supported systems, processes, and how they align within IT organizations
- Proven ability in root cause analysis and operational excellence practices
- Strong ability to manage priorities and capacity across projects
- Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
Preferred
- Experience managing AI, machine learning, or SaaS implementation projects
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and workflows
- Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
