We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using BI tools to track key performance indicators
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven insights
• Analyze trends, performance drivers, and changes to support operational and strategic decisions
• Clean, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Work with warehouse management and transportation management system data to support logistics and supply chain reporting
• Define and standardize metrics to ensure alignment across teams
• Communicate insights through clear visualizations, summaries, and presentations
• Take ownership of analytics work and continuously improve data quality, tools, and processes
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related roles
• Strong SQL skills with experience handling large and complex datasets
• Hands-on experience building KPI dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Sigma, Mode, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
• Experience with data manipulation and transformation
• Ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Comfort working in ambiguous situations and iterating based on feedback
  
  

Preferred

• Experience working with supply chain, logistics, or operational systems such as WMS or TMS
• Experience with marketplace, operations, or fulfillment analytics
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modern analytics stacks
• Experience analyzing time-series data and operational performance trends
• Interest in advanced analytics, experimentation, or forecasting
